We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns on any personalized or custom items. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us so that we may try to resolve what we can.

Other non-custom, non-personalized orders may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and should not show any signs of having been open or used in any way.
