Terms of service

The "Pencil Me In" form does not book your calligraphy service with Inkchanted. It is simply an email that will inform us of your interest in our service. We will need to make sure that there is availability in the workflow to accommodate your requested timeframe. We are not considered booked until a deposit (20% of anticipated total) is paid and a contract is signed. 15% extra supplies are required for service, and the balance is due upon pick up/delivery of product.

Hand calligraphy is unique and each stroke has its own personality. Each letter is not always written the same each time. There will be variation in the hand writing, but that is what gives calligraphy its beauty and value. Please be advised that this is nothing like computer output therefore differences may be seen throughout, but the style that you select shall remain consistent throughout your project.
